Jennifer Rene Psaki
Jennifer Rene Psaki is an American political advisor who worked as the 34th White House press secretary from 2021 until 2022. She is a part of the Democratic Party and previously served as the White House deputy Press Secretary (2009), the White House deputy Communications Director (2009-2011) and the spokesperson for US Department of State (2013-15) and the White House communications direct (2015-17). Psaki contributed to CNN's politics coverage of 2017 to 2020. Psaki began her professional career with an Iowa Democratic senator, Tom Harkin, and then became the governor of Iowa. Psaki became John Kerry's press secretary deputy in 2004. Psaki was the communications director to Joseph Crowley in the U.S. and as the regional press secretary for Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. Psaki was press secretary to the Obama reelection campaign in 2012. 20 years ago, Psaki was appointed spokesperson for the United States Department of State in February 2013. There was speculation Psaki would replace Jay Carney, White House Press Secretary at the Department of State.[21] But Josh Earnest replaced Carney on May 30 the 30th of May, 2014. She was appointed Communications Director in the White House and continued to do so until the end of 2015.
